Frequently Asked Questions

USAGE

My Go-Tracker will not connect to the Go-Tracker App

To connect your Go-Tracker to the Go-Tracker App, you must close the Pokémon Go App. Press the button on the Go-Tracker to wake the screen and it will connect automatically to the open Go-Tracker App. Updates will download automatically.

Note: The Go-Tracker cannot connect to more than one App at a time so the Pokémon Go App cannot be running in the background. If you tried to connect with the Pokémon Go App running, close both Apps and then open the Go-Tracker App again.

How do I set the time on my Go-Tracker?

To update the time on your Go-Tracker, download the Go-Tracker App from the Apple or Android App Store.

The Go-Tracker App will automatically update the time on your Go-Tracker when you connect your watch to the app. The App will also enable the Logo/Time setting screen to allow you to choose which you would like as your default screen setting.

How do I charge my Go-Tracker?

The Go-Tracker has a built-in USB charging. Connect the built-in USB charging unit into a power source.

IMPORTANT: Check that the Go-Tracker is inserted into the USB port of the power source the correct way up. Even though it goes into the USB port both ways - the animation screen will only appear when inserted in the correct orientation. Only when the charging animation is displayed, is your Go-Tracker actually charging.

To turn the ‘Auto-catch’ function on, go to the Go-tcha Tracker screen and press and hold the button until ‘Auto-catch ON’ is selected by showing a green box with a tick.

If you have Auto Catch on:

  • Go-tcha Tracker will vibrate and animate the screen to show it has successfully/unsuccessfully collected the items and how many items it has collected at a Pokéstop.

My Go-Tracker will not pair with my device

If you have connected your Go-Tracker please ensure that you eject it from within the Pokémon Go application and ensure that it is forgotten within the Bluetooth setting (from all phones and devices). Once the device has been forgotten, please try to pair the Go-Tracker within the Pokémon Go application.

Note: Please make sure that the Go-Tracker App is closed before you try to pair the device with the Pokémon Go App.
