What smartphone do I need to be able to use Go-tcha Generation?
Device requires Bluetooth low-energy compatible smartphone with Pokémon GO app installed. Compatible with iPhones using iOS Ver. 14 onwards installed. Compatible with Android devices with 2 GB RAM or more, Bluetooth Smart (Bluetooth Ver. 4.0 or higher) capability, and Android Ver. 5.0 or higher installed.
How do I charge my Go-tcha Generation?
The Go-tcha Generation charges via a magnetic USB cable. Simply connect the magnetic cable to the charging connections on the side of the watch and connect the other end to a USB power source.
The cable will only connect one way around - you will feel the magnets indicating the correct orientation as you position the connector. Simply return the Go-tcha Generation when fully charged.
Battery life depends on intensity of game play.

Can I change the Go-tcha Generation strap?
No, the Generation strap is not interchangable. Trying to remove the strap may result in breaking the product. CodeJunkies will not be liable for a replacement if you try to remove the strap.
Does the Go-tcha Generation have a pedometer?
Yes, the Go-tcha Generation has a pedometer to count your steps during game play.
How big is the Go-tcha Generation screen?
Go-tcha Generation has a 1.5 inch colour animated touch-screen.
Does the Go-tcha Generation have a clock function?
No, Go-tcha Generation does not have a clock function to tell the time.

Why can't I connect to the Go-tcha Generation App/Web App?
To connect your Go-tcha Generation to the Go-tcha Generation App, you must close the Pokémon Go App. Press the button on the Go-tcha Generation to wake the screen and it will connect automatically to the open Go-tcha Generation App. Updates will download automatically
The Go-tcha Generation cannot connect to more than one App at a time, so the Pokémon Go App cannot be running in the background. If you tried to connect with the Pokémon Go App running, close both Apps and then open the Go-tcha Generation App again.
