How do I set the time on my Go-tcha Evolve?
If your Go-tcha Evolve has a time function you can update the time. To update the time on your Go-tcha Evolve, download the Go-tcha Evolve App from the Apple or Android App Store.
The Go-tcha Evolve App will automatically update the time on your Go-tcha Evolve when you connect your watch to the app. The App will also enable the Logo/Time setting screen to allow you to choose which you would like as your default screen setting.
Will Go-tcha work with my device?
Device requires Bluetooth low-energy compatible smartphone with Pokémon GO app installed. Compatible with iPhones using iOS Ver. 14 onwards installed. Compatible with Android devices with 2 GB RAM or more, Bluetooth Smart (Bluetooth Ver. 4.0 or higher) capability, and Android Ver. 5.0 or higher installed.
My Go-tcha Evolve will not connect to the Go-tcha Evolve App
To connect your Go-tcha Evolve to the Go-tcha Evolve App, you must close the Pokémon Go App. Press the button on the Go-tcha Evolve to wake the screen and it will connect automatically to the open Go-tcha Evolve App. Updates will download automatically.
Note: The Go-tcha Evolve cannot connect to more than one App at a time so the Pokémon Go App cannot be running in the background. If you tried to connect with the Pokémon Go App running, close both Apps and then open the Go-tcha Evolve App again.
How long does it take to charge?
The Go-tcha Evolve is fully charged and ready to use in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
How do I charge my Go-tcha Evolve?
The Go-tcha Evolve has a built-in USB charging. Connect the built-in USB charging unit into a power source.
IMPORTANT: Check that the Go-tcha Evolve is inserted into the USB port of the power source the correct way up. Even though it goes into the USB port both ways - the animation screen will only appear when inserted in the correct orientation. Only when the charging animation is displayed, is your Go-tcha Evolve actually charging.
My Go-tcha Evolve will not pair with my device
If you have connected your Go-tcha Evolve please ensure that you eject it from within the Pokémon Go application and ensure that it is forgotten within the Bluetooth setting (from all phones and devices). Once the device has been forgotten, please try to pair the Go-tcha Evolve within the Pokémon Go application.
Note: Please make sure that the Go-tcha Evolve App is closed before you try to pair the device with the Pokémon Go App.
How do I turn Auto catch On/Off?
To turn the ‘Auto-catch’ function on, go to the Go-tcha Evolve screen and press and hold the button until ‘Auto-catch ON’ is selected by showing a green box with a tick.
If you have Auto Catch on:
- Go-tcha Evolve will vibrate and animate the screen to show a successful/unsuccessful catch.
- Go-tcha Evolve will vibrate and animate the screen to show it has successfully/unsuccessfully collected the items and how many items it has collected at a Pokéstop.

Does Go-tcha Evolve have a clock?
Your Go-tcha Evolve may or may not have a clock function depending on it's version.
Does Go-tcha Evolve have a pedometer?
Your Go-tcha Evolve may or may not have a pedometer function depending on it's version.
If it does, you can reset your steps for the day by holding the touch screen button on the pedometer animation for 3 seconds, the count will revert to '0'. If you connect your Go-tcha Evolve to the App, you can see your current step count, daily step cound and lifetime step count.
Is Go-tcha Evolve updatable?
Go-tcha Evolve is designed with updates in mind. Connect to the Go-tcha Evolve App from the Apple or Android Web App and any available downloads will begin automatically.
Go-tcha Evolves that do NOT HAVE THE PEDOMETER OR CLOCK function are running version 1.0.0.
Is Go-tcha Evolve waterproof?
No. Go-tcha Evolve is not designed to be waterproof.
