Delivery and Shipping

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once you receive your dispatch email your order should take approximately the below to be delivered to you:


UK - Orders normally arrive within 3-5 working days.

EU - Orders normally arrive within 5-7 working days.

US - Orders normally arrive within 10-12 working days.

Rest Of World - Orders normally arrive within 10-14 working days.

Please note that delivery can take up to 25 workings days after dispatch.

Please check your order details carefully, as a wrong shipping address may cause a delay in delivery. Orders that are posted to incorrect/incomplete addresses will have to wait for the return of the order to us before we resend the order out to the amended correct address.

Why is my order 'On Hold'?

Your order could be marked as 'On Hold' for a variety of reasons.

1) Pre-Order - Your order is on pre-order for an item that is not currently in stock. This would have been visable on the product page before you placed the order. Pre-orders remain in an 'On Hold' status until we have stock of the item.

2) Your order is currently awaiting fraud/security check results. All our orders are security checked before they are processed.

3) You placed 3 or more orders within 24 hours. As an automatic security measure we place all orders of 3 or more that are placed within a 24 hour period 'on hold' so we can check your account to make sure that all orders are valid.

We normally resolve an 'on hold' order within 24 hours unless your order is a pre-order.

Can I track my order?

If your order is eligable for tracking, you will receive a tracking number in the email when your order is dispatched.

If you have a tracking number in your shipping email, you can follow its progress on the Royal Mail website:


Alternatively, once you are logged-in to Codejunkies, you can check the status of your order from the 'My Account' page in the Customer Services area. Viewing the status of your past orders will allow you to see whether an order has been received, processed and dispatched.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We endeavour to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. Typically, orders placed during the working week will be shipped the next day except orders placed on Friday which will ship the following Monday.

We do not ship over the weekend, Bank/Public Holidays or during the Christmas period, where order processing will resume the first working day of the New Year.

You will receive a shipping email once your order has been packaged and processed into the postal system.

Which Postal Service do we use to ship our products?

We use Royal Mail to ship our products from the UK, which then pass to your countries' local postal service. Tracked products can be traced on the Royal Mails website and you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.

We do not send via couriers such as DPD, UPS or FedEx unless the order is too large in quantity to post with Royal Mail and requires extra insurance.

Customs Charges

In some cases, additional customs fees and duties may be charged, depending on the country the items are shipped to. These fees are to be paid by the customer.

Please contact your local customs department for more information regarding customs fees and additional charges.

My address is wrong on my order, what do I do?

If your address is incorrect on your order, create a support ticket below titled Wrong Order Address. Provide your order number and the correct address in your ticket. If we are able to, we will change your address before your order has been processed.

Please note: Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order is marked as 'In Process/Unpaid/Unshipped' you can create a support ticket to amend or cancel your order.

Once your order status has changed to 'In Process/Paid/Unshipped', you can no longer amend or cancel your order. 

Order payments are processed first thing each working day and once payment has been taken orders are sent to our packing deparment for Royal Mail to collect.


I ordered two by mistake, can I cancel one?

Yes. If you have ordered two or more by mistake you can create a support ticket asking us to cancel the duplicate order(s). We will cancel the order and if payment has been taken we will refund you.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. You can create a support ticket and ask us to cancel your order. If payment has already been taken we will refund you.

When your order status changes to 'In Process / Paid / Unshipped', your order can no longer be cancelled or amended.


Covid-19 Delivery times/delays

All orders are currently being processed and shipped under the normal timeframes and there are currently no delays due to Covid 19.


Can you guarantee delivery before Christmas?

We ship all of our orders (UK and International) via the UK's Royal Mail postal service.

Please also be aware that while Royal Mail will try to deliver by the dates set on their website, these dates are not guaranteed by Royal Mail so be sure to place your orders in plenty of time.


Are you shipping over Christmas?

CodeJunkies annually shuts for the Christmas break and reopens in the New Year.

This year we are closing on Friday 22nd December but the last day to post will be Thursday 21st December. Any orders placed on or after this date will not be processed until the first working day back of the New Year. This will be Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Please remember to check Royal Mail's website to place your order before the Christmas cut-off and to see if there are any delays shipping to your Country.
